Art Play Sundays

About this event

Creativity looks different every month in the Art Studio! Throughout the month, families can explore a featured artistic theme with special materials, collaborative projects, and hands-on activities. By focusing on a single material or technique, children are encouraged to think creatively, experiment, and discover just how many different ways one simple supply can be used. Then, on the second Sunday of the month, join our PLAYologists for an extra drop-in art activity inspired by the month’s theme. One material, endless possibilities!

November Theme: Black & White

Can you make something amazing with just two colors? Explore contrast, patterns, and bold designs using black-and-white paper, drawing materials, and collaborative art experiences that prove creativity doesn’t need a rainbow of colors.

Second Sunday Activity (November 8): Design and fold your own mini zine with our PLAYologists. Fill the pages with drawings, stories, comics, or anything else you can imagine.
