About this event
Align 2/3 sprinkles advanced movements into intermediate Reformer work. In this class, clients possess a strong understanding of how and where to stabilize and when to mobilize as total body coordination, balance and flow move to the forefront. Class participants should have a commanding knowledge of the Reformer, how to move through Short Spine, Long Stretch, The Hundred and Arms Pulling Straps (or how to adapt) as well as how to set up for the Short Box Series.
