Featured Speaker: Dr. Peter Kaboli

Dr. Peter Kaboli is a nationally-recognized physician, researcher and health care leader serving as Professor of Internal Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and as Executive Director of the Veterans Health Administration Office of Rural Health.

Peter is a powerful choice for our Annual Meeting given our work with University of Iowa Healthcare the last year; we’ve worked with UI Healthcare to craft a comprehensive Community Connected Relocation Pilot designed to help prospective employees and their families create a future in Johnson County.

At the Annual Meeting, he will share his Iowa story, why he chooses to live here today, and how we can collectively create the type of community where anyone can find their place and their people.
