About this event
Dance Cardio Sculpt will feel more like a party than a workout. This class will raise your heart rate and sculpt the whole body. We will be jamming the whole time to the hottest dance music! Dance experience is not necessary, just come and follow along for this fun, high-energy experience! -Bring your mat, towel, and water! This is heated, but not to hot yoga levels.
