Whispering Meadows Wetland

About this event

Our final pickup for the 2026 Litter Season will be at Whispering Meadows Wetland. There is typically a lot of litter and ground to cover, so if you are able to participate it would be wonderful. This is a great little park with lots of wildlife and they will appreciate it too.

If we get a larger group we will split a group off to cover the lake area, a group to cover the trail, and a group to cover the storm drain things that get clogged as well as the area around the decking that goes over the water.

We will meet at the Indigo Court playground. Starting Location

As always, please bring your own gloves. We will have gloves to share if you forget, along with litter grabbers and bags. Wear appropriate clothing for the event, and know that you are responsible for your own your safety. If you feel uncomfortable about picking something up because of the terrain or because of the item itself or some other reason, please leave it there. There is plenty of other litter to pick up.

I look forward to seeing you all there!!
