About this event
This virtual mat class will move through and explore the entire sequence of 34 mat exercises designed by Joseph Pilates as seen in his book, Return to Life Through Contrology. Joseph Pilates created this system of exercises so that everyone could restore their health. Many of the exercises in this class are considered advanced and therefore we don't recommend this class if you are brand new to Pilates.
