- ➤ The African American Museum of Iowa is hosting the Untangling Roots exhibit, which explores the cultural history and significance of Black hair. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Niche ranked Iowa's top 10 school districts for 2026 by measuring test scores, graduation rates and college readiness. The study examined academics, teacher performance+school facilities, clubs and sports to help Cedar Rapids families assess K-12 education quality. KDAT
- ➤ The Cedar Rapids School Board will cut 20 full-time teaching positions at middle and high schools next budget year to save about $1.5 million. School officials and community members have engaged in discussions & final decisions will be made later this month. Radio Iowa
