- ➤ U.S. Marshals arrested 51-year-old Donnie Danell White in Las Vegas after he fled Cedar Rapids following the killing of 38-year-old Brittany Hopkins whose body was found February 28th on Westdale Drive Southwest; he now faces charges of first degree murder and nonconsensual termination of a pregnancy and awaits extradition to Iowa. - ➤ Iowa property owners opposing the proposed Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline asked state regulators to pause the review of plans to expand the route after delivering petitions at a Capitol rally Tuesday.
