Officers responded to a theft at Walmart on Saturday when they saw a 2009 Dodge Ram driven by 58-year-old Kimberly S.
Isaacson from Cedar Rapids leave the scene and later stopped her in the Marion Police parking lot, where they also identified 53-year-old Donall Diggins from Cedar Rapids as involved+ the investigation is ongoing.
