- ➤ Eastern Iowa is offering weekly line dancing lessons and special sessions hosted by local groups across Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, Cedar Falls, and Davenport. - ➤ Residents in Linn and Benton counties signed a petition on Saturday opposing Alliant Energy’s plan to build the Morgan Valley Energy Center near Linn Benton Road, citing pollution and water concerns.
