- ➤ The Iowa Board of Regents approved tuition increases for Iowa’s public universities this fall, with in-state fees rising 3% at Iowa State, the University of Iowa, and the University of Northern Iowa and non-resident tuition increasing 4.5% at Iowa State, 1.5% at Iowa, and 3% at UNI (finalized Apr. 24).
