- ➤ The city of Cedar Rapids is looking for artists to create a public art project that will honor the history and character of the Wellington Heights neighborhood along a three-quarter mile stretch on 15th Street SE. Meals are offered Monday through Friday on a first-come, first-serve basis, with Prairie Heights serving breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and lunch from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., Kirkwood Estates offering breakfast from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and lunch from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. while Kirkwood Reserve and Prairie Crossing serve lunch from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. — children under 18 may receive meals at one location only and must eat them on-site.
