- ➤ Nearly 400 Cedar Rapids volunteers are helping on 37 projects during the 10th annual Transform Week — they repair homes for residents in need and show strong community unity. KCRG
- ➤ The Linn County Fair began Wednesday and will run through June 29, offering a range of events, exhibits, and calls for more volunteers. Local 4-H member Maddy McDowell described her exhibit and noted the fair will feature royalty handovers (the Littles pass crowns Wednesday night while the Queen and Princess do so Thursday night).
