- ➤ College Community School District is updating early learning with new hands-on spaces at Prairie Early Childhood Center and preschool wrap-around classrooms. - ➤ The University of Northern Iowa will offer in-state tuition to new undergraduate students from Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin starting this fall so they can access affordable higher education. UNI expects both in-state and neighboring state students to pay around $10,201 as the Board of Regents finalizes tuition rates on July 30—efforts by the UNI Foundation aim to boost enrollment and meet regional workforce needs.
