- ➤ Research shows more Americans feel lonely and have fewer close friends, so a Cedar Rapids men's Walk and Talk group was started to help break that trend. Group founder LJ Jones said the group gives men a chance to be themselves while they build friendships and exercise together, and member Kevin Brown said new bonds form quickly. KCRG
- ➤ DNR Conservation Officer Travis Graves said hunters must wear blaze orange and follow four firearm safety rules—treat every gun as loaded, keep the muzzle safe, know your target, and wait to pull the trigger—and communicate with their group to stay safe during hunting season. KCRG
