  • Two speed enforcement cameras on I-380 in Cedar Rapids will resume issuing citations after the state DOT approved the police appeal submitted last October—city officials say data showed a rise in speeding when the cameras stopped enforcing limits. This change will take effect after a public warning and notice period, with no final timeline set yet.  The Gazette
  • A flight to Chicago scheduled for Monday from Eastern Iowa Airport was canceled amid FAA cuts due to the continuing government shutdown — airport officials said weather also delayed several flights.  CBS 2 Iowa
  • Drivers in Cedar Rapids will face detours tonight as the I-380 southbound ramp to Wright Brothers Boulevard closes at 10:00 p.m.—detour signs at Exit 4, Penn Street will guide traffic to Ranshaw Way. The ramp will close again on November 13 at 10:00 p.m.—detour signs at 120th Street NW will direct drivers back to the ramp.  KCRG
