- ➤ The Iowa Finance Authority is awarding over $11 million in federal tax credits to support affordable housing projects in Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Des Moines & Sioux City. The funds include over $2.8 million for the Atheneum housing complex to build 192 units for families. KCRG
