- ➤ The Eastern Iowa Arts Academy will turn the old Arthur Elementary School into a new arts center using a $300,000 matching grant from the Hall-Perrine Foundation — the funds will pay for making the building ADA-accessible with new classrooms, music rooms, gathering spaces, and an elevator.
