The Wrap
Full-size candy bars on Halloween sound like a myth, but the Ford House at 3rd Avenue and 19th Street Southeast made them real. Owners Matt and Jen Ford said more than 600 trick-or-treaters stopped by Saturday, and the spooky animatronics came with the haul. Matt Ford was told a display like this can't give out fun size. Now that's a rule worth following.
